Our History

The Maple Corporation is the former real estate development affiliate of Philadelphia Council for Community Advancement (PCCA), one of the region’s oldest successful development corporations.

Over the past 50 years, PCCA and Maple developed more than 3,000 housing units for low-income households. Under the combined leadership of PCCA and Maple, it owned, operated, and managed HUD 221(d)(3), 202, and 236 properties. In 2017, Maple and PCCA separated, and Maple became an independent, non-profit offering owner’s representation and development consulting services.
